With the labor shortage projected to grow through the end of this decade, positioning your organization to successfully compete for talent must be at the heart of your long-term growth strategy. This means HR executives and management need to understand what will motivate existing talent and attract new hires. Designing dynamic work experiences that offer employees what they want is no longer a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have. It’s time to create a workplace that is people-centric, unbound and flexible—and always looking forward to remain completive in today’s uncertain world.
